ABSTRACT

God so loved the world (John 3:16) that He intended the Jesus Shaped Culture church to flood the earth developing the God Shaped Church. God created people and institutions ex nihilo to participate in God's mission (Missio Dei) and be missional. MSL is a comprehensive, missional tool, to develop a missional leadership style guided by mission and values beyond themselves. This Lent, the call is to discern the leadership style that defines the self, and organizes its life around, its real purpose of being an agent of God’s mission to the world.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

This transformational course is for the leaders seeking to risk for God with the broader impact they hope to make in the church, to make disciple who can disciple others and promote a spirit of service in their subordinates. The six-course invite the leaders and would-be-leaders to engage in Building up the body of Christ and further God’s mission and ministry both inside and outside the church, to encourage and nurture God’s call in our lives, Cultivate, strengthen, and utilize the spiritual gifts God gave us for the transformation of the world.
