Bishop Gaul College is the National Anglican Theological College of Zimbabwe. It was established in 1985 for the five Dioceses of the Anglican Church (CPCA) in Zimbabwe. It is governed through a deed of trust by the five Bishops of Zimbabwe, and it was initially established to train priests for the Province of Central Africa and to provide a theological resource centre especially for the five Dioceses in Zimbabwe. It opened its doors for the first intake in 1986. Its graduates, at an average of eight per year have been ordained priests and some have been consecrated Bishops in the Anglican Church in the Province of Central Africa. The College has a total of twenty-one ordinands at any time. There is need to build the college to a level that will always depict its status as a National Anglican Theological College. It is our goal to expand our mission by opening the College to more students to Theological education as we intend to contribute spiritually and socially to the community by teaching the Laity
